INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
Breading
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 egg (beaten)
- 20g breadcrumbs
STEPS
Cut the lemon into halves lengthwise. Trim the zucchini and cut it into 8 wedges.
Season both sides of the pork slices with salt and pepper. Place the pork slices vertically, add 2 zucchini wedges, and roll tightly. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Coat the rolls in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat 3cm of salad oil in a pot to 180°C. Fry the rolls for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Cut in half.
Plate the rolls and serve with lemon wedges and ponzu sauce.
