    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp plum extract
    • 2 tbsp oligosaccharide

    • 3 tbsp yeolmu kimchi brine
    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

STEPS

Boil water in a pot and cook the eggs until hard-boiled. Peel and halve them.

Mix sugar, red pepper powder, vinegar, sesame oil, plum extract, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, kimchi brine, gochujang, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.

Julienne the cucumber into thin strips.

Boil water in a large pot and cook the somen noodles. Add 1/2 cup cold water twice when the water starts to boil over.

Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water several times and drain well.

Combine the noodles with the prepared sauce in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Plate the noodles and top with cucumber, yeolmu kimchi, sesame seeds, and boiled eggs.
