INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 2 fillets of salted cod
- 100g fresh wakame
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Silver Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water
STEPS
Remove bones from the cod fillets and wrap them with wakame.
Place the cod and sake in a frying pan, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
In a saucepan, mix all silver sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat, stirring until it thickens. Serve the cod on a plate, pour the sauce over, and garnish with chopped green onion.
