INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g konjac noodles
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add konjac noodles, blanch briefly, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix. Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add konjac noodles, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the tuna and seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and sesame seeds) and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir-fry quickly until the egg is semi-cooked.
