    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp plum syrup

    • 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS

Slice the rice cakes into 1cm thick pieces. If they are hard, blanch them in boiling water to soften.

Marinate the softened rice cakes with soy sauce, plum syrup, oligosaccharide, and sesame oil. Let them sit for a while.

Slice the onion, ham, and carrot into thin strips. Cut the green onion diagonally and separate the white and green parts.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and sesame oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the sliced onion and the white part of the green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.

Add the julienned carrot and stir-fry until slightly softened.

Add the ham slices and stir-fry briefly.

Finally, add the green part of the green onion and stir-fry evenly.
