INGREDIENTS
Main
- 150g somen noodles
- 1 can oil-packed tuna
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 4 shiso leaves, sliced
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes and slice the shiso leaves thinly, reserving a small amount for garnish. Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, then drain again.
In a large bowl, mix the sesame oil, men tsuyu, and water to create the sauce. Add the somen noodles and toss to coat evenly.
Add the diced tomato, canned tuna, sesame seeds, and sliced shiso leaves to the bowl. Mix well. Serve in bowls and garnish with the reserved shiso leaves.
