INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, sliced
- 🌱 1 handful bean sprouts
- đź§‚ a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🌠1/3 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the cucumber diagonally into thin pieces.
Pat the tofu dry with a kitchen towel, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the mustard sauce.
Heat a pan, add the bean sprouts, and stir-fry for 20-30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add oil and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Arrange the cucumber, bean sprouts, and tofu on a plate, then drizzle the mustard sauce over the top.
