INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredient
- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
Vegetable
- đź§… 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Yu Lin Chi Style Sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the thick fried tofu in half lengthwise, then slice into 2cm wide pieces.
Mince the green onion finely.
In a bowl, mix the minced green onion with the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the tofu slices and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Plate the tofu and drizzle the prepared sauce over it.
