    • 100g ground pork
  • Vegetables

    • 150g daikon greens
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 packet bonito flakes
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the daikon greens into 1cm pieces after removing the root ends.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add ground pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.

Add daikon greens and the seasoning ingredients (☆) to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Add bonito flakes and mix briefly.
