- 🍄 300g oyster mushrooms
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
STEPS
Separate the oyster mushrooms into individual pieces. Slice the zucchini into 0.5cm thick half-moons.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and lightly stir-fry the zucchini. Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry together.
Add perilla powder and the remaining seasonings to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.
