    • 100g ground pork
  • Vegetables

    • 2 leaves napa cabbage (160g)
    • 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 150ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1/2 tbsp water

STEPS

Cut napa cabbage into 2-3cm wide pieces. Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and grated ginger, stirring until the pork changes color.

Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Then add napa cabbage and stir until coated with oil.

Add the seasoning mixture (sake, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, black pepper, and water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour in the cornstarch slurry and stir while boiling to thicken the sauce.
