INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 200g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
Nuts
- 🥜 40g peanuts
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Remove the strings from the celery using a peeler and cut it into 1.5cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add ground chicken. Stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add celery and peanuts to the pan and stir-fry until the celery softens. Add the seasonings (sake, salt, chicken stock powder) and stir briefly.
