- Ponzu sauce, as needed

- 5 tbsp sake
Seaweed
- 15cm dried kombu
STEPS
Rinse the oysters 2-3 times, changing the water each time.
Place sake and kombu in a frying pan and let it sit for 5 minutes to rehydrate the kombu.
Place the oysters on top of the kombu, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and steam for about 3 minutes until the oysters puff up.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
