    • 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
  • Vegetables

    • 🍆 2 eggplants
    • 1 bag bean sprouts
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 5mm thick pieces.

Cut the eggplants in half horizontally, then slice into 5mm thin strips.

Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl.

Layer bean sprouts, eggplants, and chicken in a frying pan. Sprinkle sake, salt, and pepper over the top. Cover and steam over medium heat until the chicken changes color and vegetables soften.

Add the prepared sauce to the pan, cover again, and steam for an additional 2 minutes.
