INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- Adequate amount of zucchini
- 🥕 Adequate amount of carrot

- Adequate amount of red bell pepper
Protein
- 4 Vienna sausages
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Adequate amount of canola oil
- đź§‚ A few dashes of black pepper
STEPS
Cut Vienna sausages in half and make cross-shaped cuts on each piece.
Blanch the sausages briefly in boiling water, then drain and set aside.
Finely chop all vegetables and add them to a pan.
Season the vegetables with black pepper, oyster sauce, and canola oil, then stir-fry until softened.
Add 1 serving of cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Shape the fried rice into flat, round discs and place the prepared sausages on top.
Form the rice and sausage into rice balls.
Optionally, drizzle mayonnaise and ketchup over the rice balls before serving.
