INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 2 squids
- 🍜 2 servings of noodles
- đź§… 1.5 onions
- 🌱 1 stalk green onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 2 green chili peppers
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
- đź’§ 50cc water
- A dash of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
STEPS
Wash and chop the green onion, onion, carrot, and green chili peppers.
Score the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Boil the noodles until 2/3 cooked, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan and stir-fry the onion and carrot until the onion turns translucent.
Add the squid, green chili peppers, and half of the prepared sauce. Stir-fry until the squid starts to curl.
Add the green onion, chili powder, and water to create a light broth.
Add the noodles and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with additional sauce or soy sauce if needed.
Once the noodles are fully cooked and the sauce is reduced, finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
