    • 🐟 200g salmon fillet
  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 300g potatoes
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • Cornstarch as needed
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
    • 💧 1 tbsp water

STEPS

Cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm pieces. Soak in water, drain, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Slice green onion thinly at an angle.

Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with cornstarch.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place salmon skin-side down, and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned.

Add potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add green onion and sauce, then stir-fry until evenly mixed.
