    • 300g frozen pork belly slices
  • Seasoning

    • 2 pinches black pepper
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Vegetables

    • đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
    • đź§… 1 handful chopped green onion
    • đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic

STEPS

Place 300g frozen pork belly slices in a pan without oil. Add 1 tsp salt and 2 pinches of black pepper. Stir-fry on medium heat until the pork is cooked.

Add 1/2 sliced onion and 1 handful of chopped green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.

Add 1 clove of minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute.

Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp soy sauce. Stir well to combine.

Serve the pork mixture over steamed rice and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds on top.
