Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

STEPS
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and rice wine.
Cut green onions into 3cm pieces.
Skewer chicken and green onion alternately.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and mirin.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and grill the skewers until golden on both sides.
Add the sauce to the pan and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and glazed.
