INGREDIENTS
Seaweed
- 40g salted wakame
Spices
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Wash salted wakame under water, soak in plenty of water to rehydrate, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Heat sesame oil, ginger, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add wakame and seasonings, then simmer over medium heat until the liquid is almost evaporated.
