INGREDIENTS
Main
- 150g shirataki noodles
- 1 chicken tenderloin
- 1 shiso leaf
- Sesame oil as needed
Tomato Soup Seasoning
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 200ml unsalted tomato juice
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add the chicken tenderloin, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes. Remove the chicken, increase the heat, skim off any foam, and add shirataki noodles. Boil for about 3 minutes on medium heat, then drain.
Allow the chicken to cool slightly, then shred into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the shiso leaf.
Add all the tomato soup seasoning ingredients to a pot and heat until it starts to simmer. Add the shirataki noodles and cook for about 1 minute on medium heat to warm through.
Serve the shirataki noodles in a bowl, top with shredded chicken and sliced shiso leaf, and drizzle sesame oil over the dish.
