    • 1 bag shirataki noodles (200g)

    • 1/2 pack pea shoots (125g)
    • 🥬 1/2 celery stalk (50g)
    • A pinch of white sesame seeds
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil

Rinse shirataki noodles and boil them for 2–3 minutes to remove any odor. Drain and cut into shorter lengths.

Julienne the carrot, celery, and chikuwa sticks. Cut the pea shoots into bite-sized pieces.
