INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 30g shirasu (whitebait)
Herbs
- 3 leaves shiso (julienned)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Julienne the shiso leaves. In a bowl, crack the egg and mix it well with the cooked white rice.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shirasu and stir-fry briefly, then add the rice mixture. Stir until the rice becomes fluffy and separates.
Turn off the heat and mix in the julienned shiso leaves and soy sauce.
