INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 50g chopped komatsuna
- đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
Spices
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 2 tbsp pasta water
STEPS
Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into 3cm pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and red chili, sauté until fragrant. Add komatsuna and dried shirasu, stir-fry until the komatsuna softens.
Add the cooked spaghetti, reserved pasta water, salt, and pepper to the pan. Quickly stir-fry to combine all ingredients.
