INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
- 1 tsp aonori (green seaweed flakes)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 4 tbsp water
STEPS
Crack the eggs into a bowl, then add shirasu, aonori, and the ☆ seasonings (dashi powder, mentsuyu, and water). Mix well.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with sesame oil. Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan.
Once the egg starts to set, roll it up and push it to one side of the pan. Repeat the process two more times with the remaining egg mixture.
