INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 piece (140g) hanpen
- Soy sauce, as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
☆ Ingredients
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/4 stalk green onion
- 2 tbsp pizza cheese
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper, a pinch
STEPS
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and chop them coarsely. Slice the green onion and chop it coarsely.
Place the hanpen in a plastic bag and mash it.
Add the ☆ ingredients to the bag and knead well.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into firm balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the balls and cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Serve with soy sauce as desired.
