    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Mince the shiitake mushrooms and onion.

In a large microwave-safe container, mix ground meat, minced shiitake mushrooms, onion, and seasonings. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Remove the container, stir to break up the meat, and microwave again at 600W for another 3 minutes. Let it sit covered for 1-2 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.

Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with the soboro mixture, onsen eggs, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
