INGREDIENTS

- 2 chikuwa
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 bag (4.5g) katsuobushi
STEPS
Cut seri into 3cm pieces and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and massage gently. Let sit for 3 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Cut chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into thin pieces. Remove the pits from umeboshi and mash into a paste.
Combine seri, chikuwa, umeboshi paste, soy sauce, and katsuobushi in a bowl and mix well.
