INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Dairy
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Other
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with 1 tbsp of flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown. Push the salmon to the side and add the onion, shimeji mushrooms, and frozen corn. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the remaining 1 tbsp of flour and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly to thicken the sauce. Add salt and grated cheese, mixing well.
