INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of salmon
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour as needed
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- Baby leaf as garnish
Balsamic Sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Season the salmon fillets with sake, salt, and pepper. Let them sit for 5 minutes, then coat with flour.
Mix the balsamic sauce ingredients (honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook through. Remove from the pan.
Using the same pan, heat the balsamic sauce mixture until it thickens. Remove from heat.
Plate the salmon over the balsamic sauce and garnish with baby leaf.
