INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Sufficient amount of flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
- Sufficient amount of vegetable oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain. Mash the boiled egg in a bowl, add the onion, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper, and mix to make tartar sauce.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Coat them in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C (about 1 cm deep). Fry the salmon until golden brown on the surface. Plate the salmon, top with tartar sauce, and serve with cabbage and cherry tomatoes.
