    • 🐟 200g salmon fillets
  • Herbs

    • 1 bunch parsley
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Flour

    • As needed all-purpose flour
  • Dairy

    • 🧈 10g salted butter
  • Egg Mixture

    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt

Remove the skin from the salmon and slice it into 1cm thick pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.

Chop the parsley finely.

In a bowl, mix the egg, grated cheese, salt, and parsley. Add the salmon pieces and coat them in the mixture.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Once melted, add the salmon pieces and spoon any remaining egg mixture on top.

Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
