INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the potato into 7mm slices, soak in water, and drain. Trim the kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Cut the salmon into 6 pieces, remove any bones, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with potato starch.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add salmon, and cook until both sides are browned. Push salmon to the side, spread potato slices evenly, cover, and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
Pour ponzu sauce into the pan, stir-fry briefly, turn off the heat, and mix in the kaiware sprouts.
