- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 3 tbsp soy-marinated salmon roe
- 🥒 150g daikon radish, thinly sliced
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp wasabi
STEPS
Slice the daikon radish thinly into strips and the cucumber into thin slices. Mix them with 1/3 tsp salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain excess water.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces by slicing diagonally with a knife.
Mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi) in a bowl. Add the prepared vegetables, salmon, and salmon roe, then toss gently.
