- 🥬 300g cabbage, quartered
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes

- 10g salted kombu
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and cut into four equal portions.
Layer the cabbage in a microwave-safe dish, place the salmon and cherry tomatoes on top, drizzle with the seasonings, and sprinkle salted kombu evenly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5–7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
