INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 190g canned saba (mackerel)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Tofu
- 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 50g mizuna greens
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
STEPS
Drain the canned saba and break it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the mizuna greens into 3-4 cm lengths and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
In a pan, combine sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Heat until simmering.
Add the saba, tofu, mizuna, and shimeji mushrooms to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until the eggs are set.
