INGREDIENTS
Main
- 2 slices pork loin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 8 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Cream Sauce
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Trim the pork loin and season with salt, pepper, and flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the cream sauce ingredients and heat while stirring until thickened.
Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces, plate it, pour the cream sauce over, and garnish with shiso leaves.
