INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g)
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Season pork loin slices with sake, salt, and pepper.
Slice zucchini into 1cm diagonal pieces and shred shiso leaves.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook pork slices on medium heat until browned and cooked through. Push pork to the side.
Add zucchini to the pan and cook until both sides are browned.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir to coat pork and zucchini evenly.
Plate the dish and garnish with shredded shiso leaves.
