INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 1 pack yakisoba noodles
Meat
- 🐖 80g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 small pack radish sprouts
Seasonings
- 🧄 A pinch grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut the radish sprouts at the roots and divide them into two portions.
In a bowl, mix the pork, sake, ponzu soy sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Add the yakisoba noodles to the bowl, drizzle with sesame oil, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Remove from the microwave, add the radish sprouts, and mix everything together.
