INGREDIENTS

- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
STEPS
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half. Julienne the carrot.
Boil water in a pot, add the carrot and cook for about 1 minute. Add the pork and skim off any foam. Once the pork changes color, add the pea shoots and briefly cook. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the pork, carrot, pea shoots, and the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard). Mix well.
