INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g pork belly slices
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 4 stalks green onion
Garlic Sesame Sauce
- đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ground sesame
STEPS
Cut the green onions into 4cm diagonal slices.
Mince the garlic and mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts, and cook for 1 minute. Drain well.
Using the same pot, boil the pork slices one by one until cooked. Drain well.
Arrange bean sprouts, pork slices, and green onions on a plate. Pour the garlic sesame sauce over.
