INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🥖 4 slices baguette
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 2 bags baby leaf
- 🍄 6 mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dressing
- 🌰 5 almonds
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the pork into 1cm wide strips.
Slice the mushrooms into thirds.
Place almonds in a plastic bag and crush them coarsely. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add pork, and cook on medium heat until the color changes. Add mushrooms and sauté until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange baby leaf on a plate, top with the cooked pork and mushrooms, and drizzle with dressing. Serve with baguette slices.
