- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm pieces.
Place the oysters in a bowl, add 1 tbsp of potato starch (not listed in ingredients), and rub gently. Rinse with water until clear, changing the water as needed, and drain.
In a pot, add water and green onion, and heat over medium heat. Once it boils, reduce to low heat and dissolve the miso. Add the oysters and simmer for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
