INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Pickled
- 3 slices takuan
Cheese / Dairy
- đź§€ 2 pieces processed cheese (20g)
Seasoning
- 1 packet bonito flakes (4g)
- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce

Finely chop the takuan and cut the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.

Mix the bonito flakes and concentrated soy sauce in a bowl.
