INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
  • Pickled

    • 3 slices takuan
  • Cheese / Dairy

    • đź§€ 2 pieces processed cheese (20g)
  • Seasoning

    • 1 packet bonito flakes (4g)
    • 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce

Finely chop the takuan and cut the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.

Mix the bonito flakes and concentrated soy sauce in a bowl.

Add the cooked rice and chopped ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

Place half of the rice mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a triangle, and repeat for the second onigiri.
