INGREDIENTS

- 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 100g frozen edamame (shelled)
- đź§… 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Batter
- 60g tempura flour
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 75cc water
- 1 tbsp tempura flour for dusting
Cooking Oil
- sufficient amount of salad oil
STEPS
Defrost the edamame and remove them from their pods. Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
In a bowl, combine the octopus, edamame, and onion. Add 1 tbsp of tempura flour and mix well.
In another bowl, mix the tempura flour, mayonnaise, and water. Add the coated ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Heat oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Using a spatula, slide portions of the mixture into the oil. Fry until the edges harden, then flip and fry until golden brown.
