INGREDIENTS

- 🐙 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
Seasoning
- 40g okara powder
- 💧 150cc hot water
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Mix hot water and dashi powder in a bowl.
Add okara powder and stir until well combined.
Add the remaining seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, ginger) and mix to create the okara seasoning.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the seed and skin from the avocado, then cut into 2cm cubes.
Combine the octopus and avocado in a separate bowl. Add 60g of the okara seasoning and mix well.
