INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/4 piece radish
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- đź§„ 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
STEPS
Wash the radish thoroughly and peel the skin using a peeler.
Slice the radish into thin strips, approximately 0.2–0.3 mm thick.
Crush 2 garlic cloves to make minced garlic.
Heat 1 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add the sliced radish to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 cup (150 ml) of water to the pan.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
While the radish is simmering, slice 1 stalk of green onion into small pieces.
Uncover the pan and check if the radish is tender.
Add the sliced green onion, 3 tbsp perilla powder, and 1 tsp salt to the pan.
Stir-fry for an additional 2–3 minutes and remove from heat.
