    • 2 packs natto with sauce (108g)
    • 1/2 sheet roasted seaweed
    • 4 tbsp tempura flour
    • đź’§ 50cc water
    • Enough salad oil for frying
  • Garnish

    • Grated daikon radish as needed

STEPS

Cut the roasted seaweed into 8 equal pieces using kitchen scissors.

Mix the natto and its included sauce in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix tempura flour and water, then add the natto mixture and combine.

Heat about 1cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C. Scoop 1/8 of the natto mixture onto a piece of seaweed, shape it into a round form, and place it into the oil. Flip when the edges solidify and fry until golden brown.

Serve on a plate and garnish with grated daikon radish.
