- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 200g grated yam
- 50g kimchi
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp concentrated noodle soup base
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 pack (4g) bonito flakes

STEPS
Grate the yam. Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the egg, natto (with its sauce), grated yam, kimchi, potato starch, and noodle soup base.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the mixture, cover with a lid, and cook on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Top with bonito flakes and chopped green onion before serving.
