INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 150g yukina greens
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 pinch chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the roots of yukina greens and rinse them in water to remove dirt. Julienne the carrot.
Boil water in a pot and cook the yukina greens for about 1 minute. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into 4cm pieces.
Using the same pot, blanch the julienned carrot briefly. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (☆). Add the yukina greens and carrot, then toss lightly to combine.
